Santo Nostrand LLC contacted an attorney at Cozen O’Connor to advise on whether it could build a Walgreens store and parking lot on a specified parcel of land in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. On July 29, 2009, the City Council rezoned a 12-block area of former manufacturing loft buildings located east of the Manhattan Bridge along Brooklyn’s waterfront in DUMBO.
